Sunny and Kathy are my team members who are two 20s girls and works with me in Project Management Office of our division. Couple weeks ago, we had to present some concepts about CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) implement project to our division. Sunny and Kathy had few experience to present in front of hundreds persons. So I ask them to practice before the formal present.
Sunny is a good girl and she always try to do her best. For this assignment, she thought a lot about how to speaking. During the period I asking her to present for me, she become too nervous to say anything. She tried to say something but became more and more nervous. Finally, she cried and I was scared totally.
The story made me consider about the TV show, Super Star(超級星光大道). Those who were called "teachers" always told to those attendances: "You must be NATURE! Only NATURE is best performance." I do really know what it means in this time fall in love.
I were afraid to lose the one who I love, and it made I can not be nature to interact with her. It migh become my weakness. Weakness might make me fail. Change my mind and change my attitude.
