Lifecycle Modules:

1. SS: Service Strategy
2. SD: Service Design
3. ST: Service Transition
4. SO: Service Operation
5. CSI: Continual Service Improvement

Capability Modules:

1. SO&A: Service Offerings and Agreement (SS+SD)
2. PP&O: Planning, Protection, and Optimization (SD)
3. RC&V: Release, Control, and Validation (ST+SO)
4. OS&A: Operational Support, and Analysis  (SO)
